All Joy Pick orders ship from our Duvall, Washington, location within 24–72 hours (Monday–Friday). During holidays, restocks, or new launches, slight delays may occur.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Currently, we ship only within the U.S., but we’re working to expand to more locations in the future!
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Orders cannot be modified after they are placed, as they are immediately sent into processing.

Absolutely. All Joy Pick fabrics and fabric markers meet CPSC safety standards and are OEKO-TEX certified.
Our markers are ASTM D-4236 certified non-toxic and water-based. Colors may leave a light tint on skin temporarily — simply wash with mild soap or baby oil and it fades naturally.
