Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 20 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.

• For health & safety reasons, worn/washed pajamas or opened markers cannot be returned.

• Return label cost is deducted from the refund amount.
